This site is the work of Sensei Adam Rostocki. Sensei is not a medical doctor, chiropractor or therapist. Sensei is a recovered back pain patient who endured 18 years of suffering from acute and chronic back pain. Sensei has intimate knowledge of the back pain industry as both a patient and insurance investigator.

Sensei Adam Rostocki is a martial arts instructor who has been fortunate to travel extensively and train with some of the best instructors in the world. Sensei has developed his own style of self defense based on the combined teachings of a wide range of combat styles. This style is taught exclusively through The Combined Martial Arts Institute and the Inner Dragon Schools of Self Defense. Sensei no longer teaches for any financial compensation. All lessons are free of charge for all interested students.

Sensei experienced severe back pain starting at the age of 16 and continuing for 18 years. He tried to find a cure within the medical community, the complementary medical community and the alternative care community without success. Sensei received diversified care from many health professionals, but none were able to cure or even satisfactorily relieve his pain. Eventually, Sensei found a cure in the teachings of Dr. John Sarno at the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, NYU Medical Center, NY, NY.

Since curing his pain, Sensei has devoted himself to helping other patients around the world by providing up to date and objective back pain information free of charge. HERNIATED-DISC-PAIN.ORG is the latest expression of this quest and is a special project of the CURE-BACK-PAIN.ORG network.
